The Florida Bar proposed a new rule to eliminate coverage of court proceedings by citizen journalists. The Florida Bar’s proposed rule prohibits anyone other than an official court reporter or an employee of a court approved traditional media outlet, as defined by Florida Statutes § 90.5015, from using any device which can make video or audio recording from being brought into a court, including laptop computers. FLORIDA ELECTIONS – Why Is Florida Considering The Candidates Most Responsible For Letting Florida’s Mortgage Crisis Happen?
Democrat Alex Sink appears be leading the the battle for the Governor’s Office while Florida Attorney General Bill McCollum and former healthcare executive Rick Scott have poured a combined $50 million into their primary negative ad campaign against each other. Florida voters seem to becoming disenchanted with the two Republicans, according to a Quinnipiac University poll taken between Aug. 11 through August 16, 2010.
Alex Sink is the state’s current chief financial officer who is in a virtual tie with Bill McCollum if he wins next week. If Scott is the nominee, Alex Sink would hold a 33 percent to 29 percent edge. Independent candidate Lawton “Bud”

Mark Ober is the State Attorney in the 13th Circuit of Tampa Florida.
He follows a long line of corrupt predecessors. EJ Salscines was accused of fixing court cases for the Cuban mob and pled the 5th, he got off but Tampa Florida voted him out of office, The Florida Bar made him an appellate Judge.
Next came Harry Coe, again after allegations of fixing cases for the Cuban mob and his reckless gambling debts the Governor opened an investigation and Coe was found with a bullet to the head, there are questions if this was suicide.
