The Florida Bar proposes a new rule to eliminate coverage of court proceedings
The Florida Bar proposed a new rule to eliminate coverage of court proceedings by citizen journalists. The Florida Bar’s proposed rule prohibits anyone other than an official court reporter or an employee of a court approved traditional media outlet, as defined by Florida Statutes § 90.5015, from using any device which can make video or audio recording from being brought into a court, including laptop computers. Of course, the proposed rule allows the courts to continue to record you, but unfortunately, the courts usually don’t want to give up their

FLORIDA ELECTIONS – Why Is Florida Considering The Candidates Most Responsible For Letting Florida’s Mortgage Crisis Happen?
Democrat Alex Sink appears be leading the the battle for the Governor’s
Office while Florida Attorney General Bill McCollum and former healthcare executive Rick Scott have poured a combined $50 million into their primary negative ad campaign against each other. Florida voters seem to becoming disenchanted with the two Republicans, according to a Quinnipiac University poll taken between Aug. 11 through August 16, 2010.
Alex Sink is the state’s current chief financial officer who is in a virtual tie with Bill McCollum if he wins next week. If Scott is the nominee, Alex Sink would hold a 33 percent to 29 percent edge. Independent candidate Lawton “Bud”

Over the course of film history, there have been many movie releases that have been great, the Wizard of Oz is one of them. Most would say that it can be described as "classic," and then there are only a few that are "transcendent" (–adjective- going beyond ordinary limits; surpassing; exceeding) And then there’s "The Wizard of Oz," a film that exists in a completely different universe than Continue at Mark Adams JD MBA “Wizard of Oz Secret Code” »

What Politicians Don’t Want You To Watch.
What If America had voted differently. What if America voted based upon reason and logic verses corporate financed commercials. What if America really understood how government works. What if America voted for someone who really stood for something. What if America voted for someone principled and willing to make a real change to improve the country for the people verses the rich. America had that chance and look where we are, here is a video well worth your time that should be watch by those on both side of political debate.

Mark Ober is the State Attorney in the 13th Circuit of Tampa Florida.
He follows a long line of corrupt predecessors. EJ Salscines was accused of fixing court cases for the Cuban mob and pled the 5th, he got off but Tampa Florida voted him out of office, The Florida Bar made him an appellate Judge.
Next came Harry Coe, again after allegations of fixing cases for the Cuban mob and his reckless gambling debts the Governor opened an investigation and Coe was found with a bullet to the head, there are questions if this was suicide.
Now come Mark Ober again with an odd inconsistent conviction record. Some get the blunt of Ober’s office, others particularly lawyers and those connected to certain lawyers get off Continue at Mark Adams JD MBA “Mark Ober is Corrupt ask Bubba” »

Gay marriage may just be the law of the land in California.
It was just announced that proposition 8 was overturned. My question is why would an entire group of people demand to partake in an institution that has a 50% failure rate? I seems we are just turning another segment of our society over to the divorce lawyer harpies to be bleed dry when the relationship goes array.
The greatest problem I have with modern day marriage is that it is regulated by the courts due to a license that people apply for in droves. Marriage was always a religious sacrament, if you belong to any religion that advocates marriage it should be between you, your partner and your church. What happened to separation of church and State? The licensing of this religious event has little to no guidelines that inevitably ends up in an argument when the parties want to separate. Lawyers then prompt divorce victims into an all out war until they have depleted all of the parties assets. Why not just get a life contract that spells out the partnership so if things go wrong you can separate with dignity? I am not for State regulated gay marriage for the main reason that State regulated straight marriage is a failure and I am not in favor of expanding a failed relationship model that lawyers can fleece. Media Reform If Not Enacted Will Be The End Of Alternate Media
Youtube, blogs, email, RSS feeds are just a few of alternate media sources that have broken meaningful stories that the world may never have known about. The Drudge Report is a great example. The corporate take over of all media is not coming, it’s here,
