was originally filed in chapter 13 but he couldnt keep up with the payments…time went by and now is trying to purchase house. lender said he would qualify for 220k but needs to have liens released. the federal shows released, its just the washington state dept of revenue and dept of l & i still shows owing….God can someone please help us. We hired a tax attorney, but its been 2 months now and he wont return our phone calls and has nothing to report. Please Help!!!

Why can’t we just let everybody have the same rights?

I would rather see a gay couple happily married raising an adopted child than a broken family with an abusive father raising one. Do you really think that the straight, bad parents are more deserving of marriage and children than the gay family that loves each other and their child?

And please don’t bring religion into this. Everyone is free to practice whatever religion they please, and no one is at liberty to force their religion onto anybody else. This is a free country, ya know? And as George Washington said, “Every man, conducting himself as a good citizen, and being accountable to God alone for his religious opinions, ought to be protected in worshipping the Deity according to the dictates of his own conscience.”
Nobody is trying to force anyones lifestyle down their throat. Telling two people that you don’t know that they are not allowed to be married, how is that not forcing a lifestyle choice down their throat?

why is gay marriage being banned from some states?
thats wrong to ban it in some of the states. this is a free country . they should have no right to ban it.
what do you think of gay marriage? do you think its wrong? if you do think its wrong please explain. i do not think gay marriage is wrong. people can love whoever they want. it should not matter with who the person they love is. god loves everyone. it may not be "natural" or whatever. but, its not wrong.

Tired of getting scammed and tired of being declined loans just need to get out of a hole. I was diagnosised with cancer in April of this year and have to undergo to different surgeries thus causing me to lose my income. Due to the excessive medical bills we are currently behind on our mortage payments and are facing a possible foreclosure. Is there anyway to keep our home and be able to get our payments back on track? We are finally getting back on track but still cannot make the back payments. We are still living on my husbands income alone. Help!!! I have no idea what to do or where to go for assistance. We have 3 children and do not want to lose our home.
