I have the withdrawal in my hand from the IRS. Yet, Im pretty sure at least one and maybe all 3 still show the lien.
Part of the problem may be my county is broke and isn’t opening their mail.
What, exactly do I do to dispute it ?

I am considering just letting the IRS have it and sell it. They would get more money out of it now, then years down the road. I am nor do I foresee being in any position to pay this lien. What would happen if I just walked away from it and told them its theirs???

I received a notice from the IRS stating that they have filed a tax lien against me. What does that do to me? Can they come and take my stuff?

the bank held my money from Nov.28 to Dec.11. At least one check bounced because of them. Now they have to pay the late fee the return fee.and others because they did not call the IRS to confirm tax lien details!!

If a tax lien has been filed due to IRS income tax, that gives them the right to seize real estate (minus homestead). Does that also give them rights to seize stocks/bonds held (whether currently held or upon sale)?

I am trying to downsize to free up cash monthly to pay off the IRS but can’t sell anything because of the Liens. The equipment sale won’t generate revenue but it will free up cash monthly as it will eliminate payments. How can I get this done efficiently and legally?
As long as the proceeds (if any) go to the IRS toward the lien. Why would that be a problem?
