Hello… my sister was pregnant… she is only 23 and the dumb a$$ doctor said she had cancer like around herr vjj soo… he told her that she either will have to get surgery to remove it that would cause her to not have anymore children for the rest of her life. or get surgery to remove a part of the cancer and it may come back and be worst…so decided to get the cancer removed fully…after surgery she was told she did not have cancer at all the doctor fuked up….she hired lawyerer and they had him send the papers in saying if she did or dint have cancer… its been a long time… hhasn’ttt sent thpapersrs in yet…. do you know if its something worth fighting for?? About how much would she get if she won thcaseee.any help is thanked (: i no longer hate my mom (:

My mom had recently received a notice that a federal tax lien has been initiated. She works out of the country for most of the year. Will this have an effect on her traveling to and from the U.S.?

At the time of the divorce my father was living in Anchorage, Alaska and my mother living in Philadelphia, Pa. Apparently he had someone to sign the divorce papers agreeing that she did not want to receive anything. Through all of these years he continued to come to Phila and stay with my mom. She just found out Dec 2008 that they were no longer married. Is there anything she can legally do?

My husband had an affair and I am considering divorce if we cannot work things out and improve our relationship. However, we have 3 kids and I would like to hear from other moms who have had to care for 3 children alone. Is it manageable. They are all 9 and under.

its about my parents..they dont want to get divorced beacuse of me..but they often fight…my dad cheated on my mom a couple of times…but she kinda "forgave" him and just never talked about it anymore…my dad puts my mom and me last for everything…when someone else need help or something hes always there for them…he puts my mom down and curses her…not all the time..just when tey fight..i have no idea what to do…i want to tell my mom that its ok if they dont live together anymore and that i would live with her..cause im really sick and tired of all the fighting and screaming…but i dont know how to tell her…what should i do??? just dont tell me to talk with someone else cause nobody cant know about it…i just dont want peple to gossip and i dont trust anyone…

my parents ALWAYS fight over the stupidest things…like this night they fought -screaming fighting- at eachother because they couldnt decide on what to watch on tv……my mom does get annoying when she repeats herself but my dad is the worst,,, she’ll try to tell him about her day and he says COME ON GET ON WITH IT or I JUST DONT CARE……and he is never a gentleman….but hes sometimes funny……….i hate the fights and i wish they would just divorce because it would be easier on me and my brother….marriage with fighting is way worse then divorce with peace right??? help me out

Ok my mom is getting divorced tomrrow.This will be the secound time shes being divoced.

My situation is this. My mom wants to go through a divorce from my dad after being separated (not legally) for more than 6 years. All this time my mom has been paying off mortgage payments for the house herself among other bills. If they go through the divorce process, can my dad legally get a piece of the house when my mom sells it? Can anyone shed some light in this.
