The case involves a lawsuit over a noncompete clause in a contract. The case has already gone to a judge, but there is no ruling yet. Should I tell the opposing lawyer? The lawyer of the lady who lied? I have written proof and witnesses who should be able to corroborate my evidence. This lady is a habitual liar and also my wife’s business partner. How should I proceed?

A lawsuit has been filed against me for the purchase of an item. I paid for the product but it was all in cash and I have no proof. I recieved a notice in the mail that I have certified mail that needs to be picked up. What happen if I don’t pick it up?

Okay,
here it is…i was audited for my 2005 taxes, i faxed all required documents to verify my dependents..my little sister was the dependent in question…i sent every document to prove that she was my sister, that she lived with me since July of 2005, i payed to keep up with the household..etc,,,Well, the IRS is claiming that the documentation i sent does not provide enough proof. When i filed taxes for 06 i was audited again, i sent everything i had, so the 06 taxes are fine, everything checked out. but instead of getting all of my refund for 06 the IRS kept half of it (for 05) & started sending me notices to pay another ,500.00 plus penalties & interest…for 05
I have gone to the Tax Payer Advocacy and the same result…i still owe the money (that i cant pay)..so the lady at the Tax Payer Advocacy tells me sorry ..and asked me if i would like to appeal the case?
Do i appeal or get a Lawyer?are these Lawyers expensive?
it really upsets me cause i did everything legit? 
Well my sister started actually living with me in the middle of May. But i could only prove that she lived with me since beginning of July because that’s when we moved into my apartment and i had her listed on the lease..so since it was the beginning of July does this qualify as 1/2 of the year???

and we pay him 650.00 for his services. When we received our audit papers from the IRS they asked us to give proof of everything on schedule A. Most of everything on schedule A was made up by our tax attorney. We stupidly signed our taxes without really checking it out. Would the tax attorney be liable for inflating and/or putting down false information on a tax return form?

Hello, I was married into a scam marriage several years ago in Vietnam. Anyhow as it turned out, I was able to get a divorce in 2007. I have since misplaced the papers that show proof of divorce, but I need to obtain an official copy of them so that I may marry my fiance in the Philippines. I live in Canada. Can I obtain them through the Vietnamese Embassy in Ottawa?

This woman claim she and my husband got married in Jamaica in June,2008.She also said he showed her proof that he and I are divorce.But, to my knowledge I did not get serve with a divorce from him.Can he have forge my signature for a divorce?Even though he know where I live to serve me with a divorce papers.Could he have falsely stated he don’t know where I am?How can I find out if he forge our divorce and if their marriage was legal or illegal?Please help me find out!Thank you!

We need a lawyer to help answer the summons and how long does it take until they auction off the house in NY state? Also what kind of proof would we need to have to prove that Wells Fargo hasn’t done anything they claim they can do to help us keep the house?
